Creative Director

At the forefront of marketing creativity for years and with Executive Creative Director experience, Mips’ approach combines big agency impact with start-up agility and unique thinking.

He has created successful marketing campaigns for global enterprise and small business, across all media, from digital to television, online and offline campaigns, online games and radio. 

His work includes campaigns for Guinness, Smirnoff, eBay, Halifax, DFS, Renault, Ford and Volvic where he launched new household names and refreshed tired brands. 

He served as Creative and Strategic Marketing Mentor for Start Ups at the Telefónica funded Start Up incubator Wayra UK and is also a patron for The Ideas Foundation. In addition he has written a number of ebooks on marketing, run live workshops and spoken at the London School of Economics for Dreamscape to Start Up Founders.

Julian Parkin


Project & Business Director

As a qualified Accountant (ICAEW) and certified a practitioner under the “Managing Successful Programmes” methodology, Julian Parkin has delivered transformational change within global and local organisations managing expenditure exceeding £50m portfolios and workgroups of over 300 staff.

Julian is a Privacy and GDPR Data Protection expert, has been running Privacy and Data programmes for more than 15 years and is familiar with global privacy rules. He has detailed knowledge of Privacy and GDPR marketing rules, has created multiple Privacy and Cookie Notices and advised clients on marketing within regulations. He is able to explain what can be done as well as how organisations can establish procedures to achieve their objectives whilst complying with the law.
He has a wealth of knowledge on change consultancy; advising companies and implementing programmes of cultural change. Julian also advises organisations on strategy and fundraising. He has led award winning communication and awareness campaigns which still appear on the ICO website.

Julian Parkin will work with clients driving transparency and efficiency across organisations and assignments.
